The life cycle
Five stops, one system
A dealership's relationship with a customer does not end at the sale. It runs the lead, the sale, the service, the renewal, and the money nobody invoiced. Each stop below lives on one board, so nothing hands off badly between sales, service and accounting.
The lead
A form on your website arrives as one line in a queue. Nothing is created automatically. A salesperson looks at it and either assigns it to an existing customer or starts a new one.
Sales BoardThe sale
The deal moves through your process in one queue until it closes, visible to everyone who needs to see it, not buried in one person's inbox.
Sales BoardThe service
Once they are a customer, every job for them shows up on the Flight Board, with a signal for the ones that have gone quiet.
Flight BoardThe renewal
The Account Management desk watches what a customer is likely to need next, another service, an upgrade, a replacement, before they think to ask.
Account Management deskThe money nobody invoiced
The finance queue flags work that was done and never billed. It does not raise the invoice. It makes sure someone looks.
Finance queueTwo more pieces sit alongside the five stops. Tower briefings read the day for you if you want them, optional and never required. The client portal gives your customer their own view of their jobs, so "what's the status" stops being a phone call.
The vocabulary
